Olivia, one of the patients at AlliedOp agency, underwent a transtibial amputation due to compartment syndrome. Prior to this procedure, she was highly active, enjoying hiking, outings to the park with her daughter, walks with her dog, camping, and days at the beach.
Her passion for outdoor activities motivated her to step through the doors of our orthopedic agency. One month after the amputation, Olivia met Madison and Joanny from the AlliedOp team, who crafted a custom prosthetic for her. Thanks to this device, she can now walk comfortably without crutches. Olivia returns regularly for the follow-up of her equipment and is expected to resume her outdoor activities in a few months!
