Environmental Commitment
Face to current environmental challenges, Eqwal Foundation has decided to take action to support its protection.

Preservation of Hann Bay in Senegal
Launched in December 2024 in partnership with the NGO GRET, this project led by Eqwal Foundation aims to reduce plastic pollution in Hann Bay, Senegal, and improve recycling over the long term. Structured in several stages—participatory diagnosis, strengthening of local stakeholders, and optimization of waste collection and recycling—it relies on community involvement and awareness of environmental and health issues. By mobilizing the entire community, this initiative seeks to limit microplastics, preserve biodiversity, and sustainably improve the living conditions along the coastline.

5 Oceans Project
Eqwal Foundation is committed alongside the association Coco an Dlo through the 5 Oceans project, dedicated to raising awareness and protecting the marine environment in island territories. This educational program aims to provide children with a better understanding of their ecosystem and encourage them to become active participants in its preservation. Based on awareness, knowledge sharing, and cooperation, it includes exchanges between classes, educational resources, and activities focused on nature and culture, helping to shape a new generation that is aware of environmental challenges.
