Eqwal Strengthens its Midwest Network with the Integration of American Orthopedics, Inc.

Eqwal has completed the acquisition of American Orthopedics, Inc., a well-established prosthetic and orthotic provider with four locations across Central Ohio: Columbus, Lima, Marion, and Springfield.

The company employs around 25 team members, including 10 certified clinicians (CPOs), and has built a strong reputation based on expertise and patient-centered care.

American Orthopedics will continue to be led by its current management team, with Brian Weaver, CPO; David DeLuccia, CPO; and Rick Nitsch, CPO remaining in place to ensure a smooth transition, continuity of expertise, and a stable environment for both staff and patients.

This acquisition strengthens Eqwal’s presence in the Midwest and supports its vision to deliver innovative mobility solutions nationwide.
