Eqwal expands into Poland through the integration of Inovamed

Eqwal’s Patient Care division continues its expansion in Poland with the integration of a new company: Inovamed Sp. z o.o.

 

With more than a century of orthopaedic heritage, Inovamed builds on the long-standing expertise of Poland’s prosthetics centres while combining it with cutting-edge technologies. This unique blend enables the company to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs and requirements of each patient.

 

The company designs, manufactures and distributes a comprehensive range of orthopaedic devices, including prostheses, cranial remoulding helmets, orthopaedic braces, orthoses and orthopaedic insoles. Its portfolio addresses the full spectrum of orthopaedic care, providing innovative technical solutions for correction, support and patient rehabilitation through a patient-centred approach.

 

Founded and led by CEO Grzegorz Kosch, Inovamed employs 28 experienced professionals across five locations in Poland: Kraków, Poznań, Kielce, Warsaw and Wrocław. The company draws on the expertise of its teams and continuously develops innovative solutions incorporating modern technologies, some of which are designed in-house.

 

This acquisition marks a strategic milestone in Eqwal’s growth in Poland. It strengthens the Group’s presence in this high-potential market and supports the expansion of its Patient Care division into a new country, in line with its European growth strategy.
