SKS Rehab and Roltec to merge and join the Eqwal group
Swiss based SKS Rehab AG and Danish based Roltec El-Kørestole A/S, after a multi-year increase in co-operation, have decided to merge into SKS Roltec-group. Their ambition is to further enhance their position in the European wheelchair market by providing hi-end and individualized solutions for advanced customer needs. This will drive innovation, strengthen their presence across ail European markets with a focus on customer proximity, and enhance both technical expertise and solution-oriented capabilities.
SKS Roltec has chosen to become part of the international Eqwal Group, renowned for its expertise in supporting people with disabilities worldwide, as well as its leadership in digital solutions and upper limb prosthetics. Eqwal also operates the Eqwal Foundation, which supports people with disabilities in underprivileged countries around the world. The integration of SKS Roltec will place the company at the core of the development of Eqwal's "mobility" business-to¬ business activity, helping to strengthen the Group's mission to serve patients around the world.
